Tuition Payments
At Monarch Montessori, our tuition policy is designed to provide clarity and consistency for families. Tuition is charged weekly and must be paid by Friday of each week. A $25 late fee will be applied to overdue payments, and children will not be able to attend until tuition is paid. Failure to pay may result in the loss of your child’s spot in the program. Additionally, a $30 service fee will be charged for any checks returned due to insufficient funds. Tuition is billed regardless of holidays, school closures, or absences, and part-time rates are prorated based on attendance. Pay Tuition In Person Using a Credit/Debit Card
Monarch Montessori accepts credit and debit card payments in person through Square, providing a fast, secure, and convenient way for families to handle tuition and fees on site. This option makes transactions simple and effortless during drop-off or pick-up.
Pay Tuition In Person Using a Check/Cash
Monarch Montessori also accepts tuition payments in person by cash or check, offering families a traditional and convenient option to submit payments directly at the school. Receipts are provided for every transaction to ensure clear record-keeping.
